What Is the OneEgg Program?

OneEgg is a community-focused egg program dedicated to improving child nutrition by providing fresh, locally grown eggs to school children.

We build and operate egg-laying infrastructure so that every egg grown has a purpose to support schools, families, and local communities.

A community focused egg program

How OneEgg Works

We Grow Eggs Locally

We design and build dedicated poultry sheds that allow healthy layer hens to produce eggs consistently in a clean, controlled environment.

These sheds are:

  • Built for long-term community use

  • Designed for animal welfare and biosecurity

  • Operated to ensure safe, nutritious egg production

A core part of the OneEgg Program is egg donation.

  • A portion of eggs produced is donated directly to schools

  • Eggs are provided for school meal programs

  • Priority is given to children in need

Eggs are one of the most affordable sources of:

  • High-quality protein

  • Essential vitamins and minerals

  • Nutrients critical for child growth and learning

🥚 We Donate Eggs to Children

Eggs are:

  • Easy to prepare in school kitchens

  • Highly nutritious and filling

  • Familiar and culturally accepted

  • Cost-effective for feeding programs

One egg can make a difference in a child’s day.

Why Eggs for Children?

Community-First Model

  • Support communities

  • Sustain the system through responsible operations

The program ensures that social impact and food security remain at the heart of everything we do.
